Catch the parade at First Fleet Park, then head to The Rocks for some family-friendly Irish-themed festivities. Don’t forget to take a picture of the Sydney Opera House, which will be lit green for the occasion!

Tokyo, the capital of Japan, has a penchant for throwing over-the-top street parties, with locals and tourists dressing up in elaborate costumes to partake in the celebrations.
